Returning your DNA samples to our laboratory is a simple process. Your kit includes a prepaid return mailer with the shipping label already attached.
IMPORTANT: If you haven't already, go to genofit.com/activate and register your kit using the unique activation code found on your kit ID card. Samples received without prior online activation cannot be processed.
Please follow these steps to ensure your kit is returned correctly:

Collect Your Sample
Follow the instructions included in your test kit to collect your DNA sample(s) using the provided mouth swabs. -
Complete the Specimen Envelope(s)
After collecting the DNA sample(s), carefully fill out all required information on the outside of the specimen envelope(s). Ensure all information is complete and signed. -
Mail Your Kit to the Laboratory
Place the sealed specimen envelope(s) inside the pre-addressed return envelope included in your kit (postage is not included), then ship your samples back to the laboratory.
Your secure online account will be updated to "Sample Received" the moment your kit is scanned into the laboratory, and you will also receive an email notification at that time.
