Yes. If your DNA test involves more than one person, each individual can mail their samples back to the laboratory separately and at different times.
Each part of the collection kit is assigned a unique barcode that connects it to your specific case file. This system ensures that even if samples arrive days or weeks apart, they will be correctly and securely matched together for analysis.
Please note, the analysis will only begin once every required sample for your test has been received and checked in by the laboratory.
Need to Remove a Participant from the Test?
If a participant will no longer be submitting a sample, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. This will prevent your test from being put on hold while the lab waits for a sample that is not coming.
